Vijay is privileged to be an alumnus of India's top institutes, IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad with over 35 years of Global experience in Corporate Strategy and Brand Building of which 20 years have been at the CEO level.
He has had the fortune of working with over 75 brands across 15 agencies and 40 countries, spanning esteemed companies such as P&G, Colgate Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Tata Group, and Al Futtaim, among others. His unique distinction lies in creating a startup in an internationally competitive market and overcoming formidable challenges to elevate it to global success within a remarkably short span of time.
Being a certified Mind Coach trained in Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (C.B.T) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(A.C.T) has helped Vijay to be a sought-after Personal Mastery Specialist. Having conquered a range of personal anxiety and depression disorders has given him the edge to empathise and touch the nerve centres of any problem and provide unique and permanent solutions.

It was a September morning in 2011. While the cuckoo was welcoming the transition from twilight, something out of the ordinary happened. I could not get up. An unknown anxiety was gnawing at my chest. This transformed into panic attacks and depression over the next few weeks, months and years.

Here I was with the best of everything that life had to offer. The top education at IIT and IIMA with the best of houses and cars and children graduating from the best Ivy League colleges in the US, but at that time none of that mattered. Except to transition from this mental pain onto the world of the ordinary.
At that point, a powerful realisation dawned on me. If this were to happen to me, there must be something in addition to all that which was 'necessary' for someone to shine at the highest level.
Here I was with the best of everything that life had to offer. Except to transition from this mental pain onto the world of the ordinary.

Over the next 3 years, using a combination of specific techniques of Mindfulness, Reiki, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (A.C.T), which I received from global experts, and immense hard work, I was able to pull out of the trough stronger than ever.
But I knew this was neither easy nor accessible to everyone. I was therefore determined, having been equipped with these powerful mind-based techniques, to pass on my personal knowledge, experience and learnings to others who find themselves in similar situations. All my programs are therefore geared with this one solitary goal -
To weave this unique learning into people's lives and make them become Unstoppable in every aspect of their journeys.
